Ingredients: purified water, sugar, ginger, turmeric, pink peppercorn, allspice, lemongrass, black pepper, citric acid

How-To: Mix equal parts Dona Concentrate and milk. Heat, steam, or pour over ice. Garnish with Dona's zero waste spice dust (sold separately).

CONCENTRATE — This caffeine-free Turmeric Concentrate easily creates delicious & aromatic hot or iced Golden Lattes at home. To prepare it, mix equal parts Dona concentrate and milk. Heat, steam, or pour over ice. Sprinkle with zero-waste spice dust.

PROCESS — Ground fresh turmeric, activated with black peppercorn, ginger, allspice, & lemongrass, slow-steeped in small batches. We grind spices fresh in our mill room, steep them for over an hour in small batches in 500-gallon kettles. While steeping, the spices are in constant circulation to optimize extraction. Then we filter, sweeten, and bottle.
